Where we deliver
We currently deliver to:
- France
- the United Kingdom
- Italy
- Germany
- Sweden
- Denmark
- Finland
- Norway
We are not able to deliver outside these countries at this time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Order processing time
We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are handed to the carrier on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. These are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees.
Tracking your order
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then contact us.
Customs charges for the United Kingdom and Norway
Deliveries to the United Kingdom and Norway leave the customs territory of the European Union. Import duties or taxes may be charged on these orders. These charges are set by local authorities, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
Delivery address errors
We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address given at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately: we can correct it until your order is dispatched.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo if the parcel is damaged). We open an investigation with the carrier, then reship your order or refund you in full, at our expense.
