Ordering is simple: choose your items and check out securely, and we take care of the rest. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours on business days, and orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days once your order has been dispatched, and we email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
We currently deliver to France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
If something is not right, returns are straightforward. You have 30 days from delivery to send an item back, and returns within the first 14 days are free. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, the return is always free, and we send a replacement or a full refund.
